To ensure your food is always fresh and never long-stored, all orders are delivered 7 days (one week) after your order date, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Meals cannot be delivered prior to their scheduled menu week.

• Starter Plans (Weekly & Monthly)Weekly Starter: All meals are delivered in one single delivery per week.Monthly Starter: Meals are delivered weekly for up to 4 weeks (e.g., your Week A menu arrives one week after ordering, Week B arrives one week after that, and so on).
• Full Standard Plans — 14+ meals/week (Weekly & Monthly)Split Delivery: To maintain peak freshness, your weekly meals arrive in two separate batches.Batch 1: Arrives 7 days after placing your order.Batch 2 (7–8 meals): Arrives 4 days after your first delivery.Monthly Standard plans follow this same two-batch split schedule for each weekly menu period.

Split delivery divides your weekly order into two separate drop-offs—with the second batch arriving 4 days after the first—keeping meals fresh and saving fridge space. It applies to Standard Plans (14+ meals per week or 56+ meals per month). Starter Plans (7 meals per week) arrive in one single delivery.

Deliveries take place between 9 AM and 8 PM, scheduled 7 days after you place your order (with second batches for Standard Plans arriving 4 days after your first delivery). You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with dispatch details on delivery day.

You can authorize security staff, a receptionist, neighbor or family member to receive your order. You can also leave instructions for dispatch in your order notes.

You choose between a Weekly or Monthly plan based on your routine:

• Starter Weekly Plan: 7 meals/week (1 meal a day — ideal for lunches or dinners).
• Standard  Weekly Plan: 14 meals/week (2 meals a day — lunch + dinner for full coverage).
• Starter Monthly Plan: 7 meals/week (1 meal a day — ideal for lunches or dinners).
• Standard Monthly Plan: 14 meals/week (2 meals a day — lunch + dinner for full coverage).

Orders and meal selections for the upcoming week close every Friday at 11:59 PM, giving our chefs time to source fresh local ingredients.

Yes. You can order a single weekly plan without a long-term commitment.

Our meals are freshly cooked, never frozen, using locally sourced ingredients in our hygiene-certified kitchen before dispatch.

We do not use chemical preservatives, artificial colors or unnecessary fillers. We use clean cooking methods and cold-chain refrigeration to maintain freshness.

Yes. Each meal container is labeled with nutritional information, including calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats.

Our menu includes low-carb, high-protein, seafood-free and poultry-focused options. List allergies in dietary notes at checkout so our kitchen team can review them. Please contact us directly about severe allergies, as we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

When stored in a refrigerator at 4°C or below, meals are designed to stay fresh for 3 to 4 days, until the next delivery batch.

• Microwave: Pop off the lid and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
• Stovetop/Oven: Transfer the food into a pan or oven-safe dish and warm over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.

Yes. Cookly food bowls are food-grade, BPA-free, microwave-safe and recyclable.

No. We do not force surprise auto-recurring charges on your card. You pay upfront for the plan cycle you choose (weekly or monthly) and renew manually whenever you are ready.

We accept all major debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), direct bank transfers, and USSD through our secure payment partner, Paystack.

Yes. If you are traveling or need a break, you can pause your monthly plan by notifying our customer support team on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the Friday cutoff deadline.

If a meal arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please take a photo and contact our support team on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or credit your account.
